Beschreibung: ist eine Metal-Sendung, die von frühem Hardrock und Melodic Metal bis hin zu extremstem Grindcore (und anderem für normale Menschen unerträglichem Lärm) alles abdeckt, was hart ist. Aber auch englischsprachige Literatur ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Konzepts, was im Idealfall zu einer Symbiose von Text und Musik führen soll (im Normalfall meist nur zu von Krach unterlegten englischen Wortfetzen und sinnlosem Gebrabbel des Moderators).
